Whether we do it intentionally or not, we’ve always had a real thing for hitting the sweet spot on an IPA at the 6.1% mark.
 
Whether it’s that first ever Citra Simcoe released back in a chilly January 2018 as Loka Polly, all the way up to today with our more modern classics from our repertoire, we’ve always had an incredible ability to nail our IPA game at this strength.
 
Groovy Tube backs up this theory with gusto – paying homage to those starry eyed dreamers that started this brewing journey with two hop varieties that formed the backbone of our brewery, along with a South Pacific flourish for good measure. Azacca, El Dorado and Vic Secret combine to create a beer that is ultra dank, juicy, hoppy and sweet. Couldn’t be more Polly’s if it tried.
